Auction Terms:

All purchases must be settled in full within 48 hours of the sale ending.

Payment can be made with:
  • CASH
  • COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECKS
  • CREDIT CARD
Buyers that renege on payment will be lose their bidding privileges.

All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner.

The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time.

All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Northeast Liquidators or Owner reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions.

A BUYERS PREMIUM of 15% will be charged on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption.

While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder.

Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
